If I ever saw Zucchini Fritters on the cafe menu you’d best know Id be ordering them. So, in honor of of one my my fav cities who do Brunch the absolute best, I give you these Healthy, Peanut Head approved Zucchini Fritters made with just 3 main ingredients.
These bad boys are 3.7g net carbs each fritter which make them Keto friendly. I used turmeric to add a little anti-inflammatory action, but feel free to sub for your favorite herb/spice.
